Investment Approach
RF invests in lower-middle-market businesses with $2 million to $10 million in EBITDA. RF is often the first institutional investor for the companies in which we invest. We are a less dilutive form of capital than traditional private equity, but provide owners many of the same strategic benefits.
We target businesses which are looking to achieve management buyouts, shareholder liquidity events, succession issues, generational changes, or are pursuing growth strategies.
