Dan Drexler Aerospace/Niche Manufacturing

Dan is currently Executive Vice President at Longview Asset Management LLC, and has been a Board Member at Quality Products, Inc., since 2002. Mr. Drexler served as an independent business and financial Consultant of Enprotech Corp, and served as Director of Corporate Development and Planning at Allied Products Corporation. He has been Member of Advisory Board of Arbor Lodging Partners, and has served as Board of Directors of Albany Bank & Trust at Albany Bank and Trust Company, N.A since 2008. He served as Member of Advisory Board of Madison Capital Partners, Hadley Capital and Fort Point Capital. Mr. Drexler is active in a number of charitable and civic organizations including FIDF, Hillel of Wisconsin, Invest for Kids and the Jewish United Fund of Chicago.

Dr. Seth Flam has been Chief Executive Officer of ForeSee Medical Inc. since its inception. Dr. Flam was the CEO and co-founder of HealthFusion for seventeen years. In 2017, he exited from its successor Quality Systems, Inc. after a successful sale and transition. At HealthFusion, Dr. Flam provided the leadership for the company and its innovative and award winning MediTouch platform. Dr. Flam is a member of the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of California and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Flam received a degree in Biology from the State University of New York in 1980 and a degree in Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery from The New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984. He is licensed to practice medicine in California and is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Flam received recognition by Ernst & Young as the 1996 Entrepreneur of the Year in the healthcare industry for San Diego.

Ben is the Co-Founder of DealCloud and currently serves as President, Financial Services at Intapp & DealCloud, an Intapp Company. He has more than twelve years of experience working in the investment banking, private equity and software end-markets. At DealCloud Ben works alongside the team to help create and execute the organization’s vision as the preeminent industry-specific software solution for professionals in investment banking and the capital markets. Prior to DealCloud, Ben worked for the Charlotte-based private equity firm Falfurrias Capital Partners and for M&A advisory firms Harris Williams & Co. and Edgeview Partners (acquired by Piper Jaffray). 

Ben is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan Flagler Business School and was awarded the William M. Rawls scholarship.  Ben is a former director and board member at Reach for Excellence and Sustain Charlotte. He is also a member of the New York Global Shapers, an initiative of the World Economic Forum tasked with creating local programs that will make a global impact.

Robert is currently the Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Dunn-Edwards Corporation, one of the largest paint retailers in the Western United States. Prior to that, Robert was Chief Financial Officer of Future Brands, LLC (a global wine and spirit company), Chief Financial Officer of Interdent, Inc. (a west coast based dental practice management company) and Vice President of Finance for Gruma Corporation, the parent company of Mission Foods. Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Travis founded Etix, Inc. in 2000 based on the belief that venues could and should control their own destiny, and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Janovich is an Adviser of Innovation Camp. Mr. Janovich is the Pioneer of using Internet and cloud computing solutions on ticketing market. He serves as Chairman and Director of Etix, Inc. Prior to founding ETix, Travis was a professional tennis player. Travis is a founder and developer of technology and telecommunications service enterprises and graduated with degrees in economics and statistics from North Carolina State University. An active supporter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the organization named Travis 2010 Man of the Year for raising more than $100,000.

Chris is General Partner and Co-founder of Gemeni Venture, the first venture studio dedicated to building and investing in real estate technology companies.  Previously, Mr. Kelly was President, Chief Development Officer, and Co-founder of Convene, the nation’s fastest growing network of meeting, event, and conference venues that combine technology, culinary, production, and human-centered design into a transformative user experience. He also is a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, YPO Metro and sits on the Young Leaders Board of CoreNet New York, the leading association for corporate real estate professionals. in 2006, Mr. Kelly co-founded evoJets, a leading provider of global private jet charter services and has started a number of other small business ventures in the United States, Ecuador, and Costa Rica. Mr. Kelly has been recognized two times in Inc. Magazine’s “30 Under 30” list of most promising young entrepreneurs and is a two time semifinalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year.

Sergei Kuznetsov founded SNK Ventures, an investment company and consultancy focusing on metal processing and transportation.  Mr. Kuznetsov served as Chairman of All Metals from 2014-2016.   From 2009-2013, he was CEO and led the restructuring transformation of Severstal North America and Severstal International.  Under his leadership Severstal became a major US based steel manufacturer reaching 5 million tons of production and $4 billion in revenues.  Prior to that, Mr. Kuznetsov held senior positions at OAO Severstal, including CFO and Director of M&A. From 2008-2013 Mr. Kuznetsov served on ОAO Severstal’s Board of Directors.  Mr. Kuznetsov began his career in steel trading, and in 1995 he joined Cargill Enterprises. Mr. Kuznetsov holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Moscow Bauman Higher Technical University and an MBA from California State. In 2011 he completed the Leadership program at Harvard Business School.

Michael is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Tallwoods Partners LLC, an investment office for high net worth families. From 1995 to 2013, he was with William Harris Investors, Inc. (WHI), a family office managing over $1B, serving as Executive Vice President since 2000, and heading the Alternatives Investment Group. From 1991 through 1995, Michael served as an associate in the corporate department of the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York.

Michael received a JD degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School, and a BA, magna cum laude, in Humanities from Yale University. Michael is a member of the Bar of the State of New York. He serves on the Board of Directors of Computer Logic, a former portfolio company of WHI, and the Advisory Board of Invest for Kids.

 
 

Brad is co-CEO and founder of True, a global platform of human capital products and services with offices in North America, EMEA, and APAC.  In this role he sets the firm’s strategic direction and oversees the management of its subsidiary brands.  Before founding True, Brad built and sold IronHill Partners, a national retained search firm that became one of the fastest growing in the U.S. within a five-year period.  Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles (NASDAQ: HSII) acquired IronHill in 2008, at which point Brad joined the firm as a partner in the venture capital and technology practice.  He began his professional career as a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen. 

Leviathan is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Zulily, a leading e-commerce company that is a brand in the portfolio of Qurate Retail Group (NASDAQ: QRTEA), a Fortune 500 company.  Most recently, Leviathan served as the Global Chief Financial Officer of  QDOBA, a Mexican fast-casual restaurant chain.  Previously, Leviathan served as the Global Chief Financial Officer for Taco Bell Corporation, a division of Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM).  Prior to Taco Bell, he was the Head of Strategic Development in the Consumer Bank at JP Morgan Chase in New York, NY.  Leviathan has also spent significant time in private equity and was a restructuring and corporate finance consultant with McKinsey & Company.  Leviathan has experience as both operator and investor in middle market companies, having served as CFO and board member of a lower middle market restaurant chain previously owned by Brinker International (NYSE: EAT). 

Leviathan has been honored as a 40 Under 40 Achiever by The Network Journal. In his spare time, Leviathan enjoys swimming, antique roadshows, reading and the Dallas Cowboys.
